She's the Leo Pasvolsky Senior Fellow at the renowned Brookings Institution. She is also College Park Professor at the University of Maryland, and a Senior Scientist at Gallup, the well-known, American analytics and advisory company.
Carol studies the issue of happiness. She's written several books on the subject, and it's far harder to determine what makes us happy.
